Matt Melcher, a recent 2021 graduate of Southern Methodist University with a degree in Accounting has been interning for Mente Group over the last few months serving as a Market Research Analyst, supporting the Transactions team. He comes to Mente with a strong desire to pursue a Business Aviation career and has family ties to aviation. Tim Melcher, Matt’s father, previously held the position of Chief Pilot for Exxon Mobil and is currently serving in an advisory role for the aviation department. Matt has expressed a desire to be a corporate pilot at some point, but open to all the amazing opportunities in the industry. With his strong business sense and love for aviation, we have thoroughly enjoyed our time working with Matt. Matt is a true professional and we are excited to see where his skills take him in private aviation. We wish him Godspeed as he pursues a career in flying.
